The history of Terézváros goes back to the 18th century, as a periphery part of Pest. Aradi utca is one of the eldest streets;
The Aradi u. 10 plot dates back to 1853 when the high school and college of Rőser Institute was founded;
1892 - Aradi u. 8 houses the first printing house in Hungary: Kosmos Kő- és Könyvnyomás Részvénytársaság;
1903 - The company was renamed, the new name was Globus Nyomda;
1938 - The first editions of Magyar Nemzet were printed here;
1948-1993 state owned company;
1996 - new owner is Graphix Rt;
2001 - Bischoff Hungary develops a new and modern office and multi storey car park on the plot, keeping the old facade of Aradi u. 8.
